Dolibarr Phase 1

A excel file with 300 records of third parties' data was provided by RVKS. The data was in indigenous format. Dolibarr has specific format for import and this data had to be transformed to that format. The following points were discovered during this process:
The column Customer code in the import file should be populated with auto so that the customer code gets generated automatically
The columns State, Country, Third party type, Business entity type, Payment terms etc are mapped against a code and that code needs to be used in the excel file.
Date columns should be in the format yyyy-mm-dd
The check-box columns needs to be marked as 1 for Yes and 0 for No
